How much will a Ceremony Backdrop cost for my wedding?

If you’re looking to get an arch installation for your wedding, depending on the design, these baby’s can cost anywhere from $500-$20,000 plus!

However, that information is not very helpful if you are trying to plan your wedding flower budget.

Below I have provide you with two example of ceremony backdrops and the overall total estimated cost.

The arch on the left may cost you around $820. The arch on the right may cost you around $1,500. These estimated totals do not include labor, transportation, & delivery. Cost will vary depending on many factors. This is simply a guide to help you as you plan your wedding flower budget and give you a visual to go off of.

✨Remember the cost of your arch installation is more than just flowers✨

You will also need to budget for:

🌸 Our time & expertise to come to your venue & set up

🌸 Gas & mileage reimbursement

🌸 An employee/freelancer or two

🌸 Other needed products (chicken wire, floral foam, zip ties, floral tape, etc.)

With that in mind, as you plan your ceremony backdrop budget, overestimate. Add on extra $500-$1,000+ to pay your florist & their team to come set up at the venue, & clean up after the day.
